The Need
Procter and Gamble’s recent business strategy required the development of numerous warehouse and distribution centers located all across the United States. In each region, P&G had internally identified two potential sites for the new facility, but needed assistance in making the final selection.
The Solution
GLS was brought on to help guide P&G through the final evaluation and due diligence of their selected sites in the states of California, Ohio, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. Through data collection, site visits, and implementation of proper studies, GLS was able to make final recommendations on which site should be selected for their new facility.
