Franklin and White will continue their contributions to the success of LOIS, a site and buildings listing platform, and Lasso, a property data collection software platform.
Franklin is a recognized leader within the economic development industry. With more than 35 years of experience providing value to economic development organizations and communities as both a practitioner and consultant, she is frequently called upon to provide innovative solutions for economic development organizations to improve the overall effectiveness of their program and technology-led initiatives. In her previous position at Evergy, a Midwest energy utility, Lisa spent 27 years managing the company’s economic development local partner investment program, and the continuous improvement of the LOIS platform and partnered with the GLS team to develop and launch Lasso. Under her tenure, LOIS has become one of the leading economic development property listing services in the USA. As an Advisor at GLS, Lisa will contribute to strategic initiatives, client relationships, and platform development. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Missouri Southern State University.
White has invested 17 years into supporting economic development organizations with the LOIS platform by providing exceptional communication and world-class client service. Amy has a deep understanding of the importance of building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. From onboardings and trainings to issue troubleshooting, Amy collaborates effectively with clients and cross-functional teams to provide pragmatic and efficient solutions. As the client success lead for the LOIS platform, Amy is excited to join the growing GLS team and continue to work with economic development organizations to put their best foot forward with companies. Amy graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s in marketing.
