Business Analyst

A Business Analyst’s primary duties include managing data collection of critical information and coordinating the collection efforts with the appropriate individual. An analyst will maintain critical databases and communicate information to a project manager for highly confidential clients, with minimal supervision and guidance.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred
    • Proficiency in data tools and project management software
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience with visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) preferred
    • Experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) software is strongly preferred
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
    • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of work and attention to detail

Site Consultant

Site Selection Consultants are critical members of the firm’s project management and delivery team. Consultants play a pivotal role in the execution of corporate site selection and economic development consulting projects. Ideal for candidates with fundamental site selection or economic development experience, consultants engage in day-to-day project management, contribute to business development activities, foster industry relationships, and develop foundational leadership skills within the firm.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
    • One to two (1-2) years of relevant experience in site selection consulting, economic development, corporate real estate, or related field
    • Strong communication and presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience with visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) preferred
    • Ability to participate in cross-functional teams and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think “outside the box”
Senior Site Consultant

Senior Consultants lead and manage corporate site selection and economic development projects (e.g. project schedule, budget, and quality of client-facing deliverables). This role is a key player in the success of the site selection process, reporting to the Principal. The ideal candidate is capable of independently leading corporate and economic development consulting projects, evaluating and communicating large sets of data, and has the ability to manage project teams.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
    • At least four (4) years of experience in project management required
    • Strong understanding of project management, economic development, and finance.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with corporate clients.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage corporate projects and lead small teams.
    • Strong organizational skills to maintain the project schedule, budget, and allocation of appropriate resources per project.
    • Proven track record of strategic thinking, decision-making, and execution.
