In a professional career spanning two decades, Kathleen has worked on site selection and incentive negotiation assignments worldwide in industries from biotech and energy to manufacturing and telecommunications. She has completed dozens of successful assignments for clients locating new or expanding existing facilities, including Citibank, Hitachi, Assurant, Kodak and Home Depot with total investment value exceeding $3 billion.
A graduate of James Madison University and the University of South Carolina’s International MBA program with a concentration in Finance, Kathleen brings strong research, financial modeling and analytical skills to the Global Location Strategies team.
Prior to joining GLS, Kathleen has served in financial planning and analysis roles with IBM’s Global Technology Services Group, KPMG, Fluor Daniel Consulting, Price Waterhouse Consulting and Commerzbank AG in the Ukraine. She is particularly adept at analysis of capital investment alternatives, financial and operational metrics, and identifying efficiency and productivity improvement opportunities for clients.
