John Sisson

John has performed site selection and incentive negotiations worldwide over a 30 year
career in following time in corporate finance with Ford Motor Company and
Mallinckrodt. He has completed hundreds of successful site selection assignments for his
clients with a total investment value exceeding $21 billion. With projects spanning the
Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa, John also has negotiated over $2 billion worth of
incentives for clients locating new or expanding existing facilities.
John developed and implemented certified site programs in New York, Oregon,
Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Maryland, and South Carolina, and has
assisted several states in understanding their competitive position for industry attraction,
most recently assisting the Arkansas Tax and Revenue committee on positioning for a
Super Project against 10 competing states.
Some of John’s clients include AT&T, General Motors, Conoco, Oriental Trading
Company, Lowe’s, Cox Communication, Caterpillar, Navistar, NanoLife, QVC, Republic
Paperboard, Heinz, CARE, Campus Crusade for Christ, Smorgan Steel of Australia,
Sasol, Shell Oil Company, Kuwait Petroleum assistance in China, Wacker Chemie AG and
First Quality.
